Le Petit Cartel needed a structured and strategic approach for its campaign launch. My role focused on coordinating marketing efforts, overseeing creative direction, and optimizing digital strategies to ensure a cohesive, impactful, and successful launch across all platforms.

  • Implementation of the Retro-Planning – Structuring and organizing key steps for a successful campaign launch.

  • Marketing Budget Management – Allocating resources efficiently to maximize impact and ensure a smooth execution.

  • Creative Direction & Production – Developing the mood board and overseeing location scouting, model selection, and the coordination of photographers, videographers, and makeup artists.

  • Product Sheet Creation – Uploading and optimizing product listings on Shopify to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Visual Content Management – Coordinating internal graphic designers to produce high-quality images for the website and marketing materials.

  • Editorial & Social Media Strategy – Defining the editorial line for social media to maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice.

  • Influencer Marketing & Collaborations – Developing a gifting and collaboration strategy to strengthen brand awareness through key influencers.

  • Paid Advertising Strategy – Implementing and managing Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns to drive conversions and engagement.

  • Email Marketing Automation – Creating marketing email flows to enhance customer retention and maximize sales.

  • Website Launch Preparation – Setting up and optimizing the website for a smooth and impactful launch.

CAPSULE COLLECTION

  • Sourcing and selecting the team for the shoot, including models, studio, makeup artist, photographer, and videographer.

  • Coordinating the photoshoot, from retro-planning to selecting featured bag models and styling to ensure brand consistency.

  • Creating and optimizing product sheets on Shopify for a seamless shopping experience.

  • Managing communication materials, including advertising, social media content, and email marketing campaigns via Klaviyo, to support the collection launch

STORE OPENING / INFLUENCERS EVENT

  • Opening of the first Le Petit Cartel store in France, located in Le Marais, Paris, including location scouting and lease negotiations.

  • Recruitment and training of sales staff to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

  • Sourcing and installing store furnishings and implementing an inventory management system for efficient operations.

  • Coordinating store supply logistics from Bali to Paris, ensuring smooth inventory management.

  • Creating campaign visuals and launching promotional content across social media and the website to generate buzz.

  • Planning the store opening event, including collaborations with influencers and exclusive gifting.

  • Extending the launch celebration with a private event in a Parisian apartment in the 9th arrondissement, featuring tailor-made cocktails, a photo booth, and curated brand experiences

COLLABORATION WITH @LARMOIREDESOSO

  • Co-creation of an exclusive bag collection in collaboration with Le Petit Cartel and Anne-Sophie (@larmoiredesoso).

  • Planning and organizing the photoshoot in Saint-Tropez, including photographer, assistant, stylist, hotel, and transportation logistics.

  • Negotiating collaboration terms and partnership rates to ensure a successful and strategic partnership.

  • Developing the launch strategy, including marketing positioning, promotional plan, and communication strategy.

  • Creating a detailed retro-planning to ensure a structured and efficient rollout of the collection.

  • Overseeing the launch of the collection both online and in-store, ensuring maximum visibility and impact across all platforms.

COLLABORATION WITH @JUNESIXTYFIVE

  • Co-creation of an exclusive bag collection in collaboration with Le Petit Cartel’s founder and Federica (JuneSixtyFive).

  • Planning and organizing Federica’s trip to Bali, including flights, accommodation, itinerary, and transportation.

  • Negotiating collaboration terms and partnership rates to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.

  • Overseeing the launch of the collection both online and in-store, ensuring a smooth and successful rollout.

PRESS / FRENCH TV

We had the incredible opportunity to be featured on France’s number one TV channel, TF1, in a report dedicated to Petit Cartel. This major exposure led to a surge in traffic to our website and social media, resulting in over 200 sales in just 24 hours.
